The Role:

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and making a real impact in higher education? The Department for Academic Services at the University of Portsmouth is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team.

As part of our mission to provide outstanding administrative support, you'll play a key role in managing specific courses and modules, ensuring a smooth and enriching experience for students from registration all the way to graduation. You'll be at the heart of the student journey, helping to maintain accurate records, streamline systems, and offer friendly, professional support to applicants, students, staff, and external partners.

In this role you will:

Take ownership of course and module administration Support key systems and processes across the student lifecycle Deliver high-quality service with precision and care Be a trusted point of contact for academic and administrative queries


The working pattern for this role is 0.8FTE 29.6 hours per week, hours to be agreed on appointment. Hybrid working may be available 1-2 days per week from home, this and flexible working can be discussed at interview.
