Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Family Support Workers and Contact Supervisors to join our team in the Bournemouth, Dorset, and Hampshire area.

Role Overview:

This position involves the supervision of family time sessions. This role includes a significant amount of weekend working and after school hours.

Requirements:

Essential experience in the health and social care sector. You MUST have experience of working with children and families. Candidates with backgrounds in early years, school, or youth settings are encouraged to apply. Must be able to provide references that demonstrate experience working with children and families. We run a Safer Recruitment approach and all employers within this sector will be contacted. We will require references from employers over the last 5 years. Must be able to commit to regular weekend work. A current DBS check (within the last 18 months) or registration on the update service is required.

Benefits:

Competitive pay between 13.50 and 15.00 per hour dependent on experience. Ongoing professional development and supervision provided. This is initially a self-employed role, with potential future opportunities for employed positions.
