An exciting position has arisen for a Family Hub Early Learning Worker to join our dedicated team who deliver a variety of groups in the Family Hubs, community and other settings.



The Early Years Development team deliver intervention programmes, communication and language groups, breastfeeding support, baby massage, art at the start and many other play based groups which all enhance children's development and nurture the home learning environment.



In this role you will work closely with partners so that integrated multi agency referral pathways and community partnerships are in place. You will work alongside Health Visitors, Midwifes, Early Years Practitioners and other partners and will signpost and refer families to universal groups and evidence -based programmes for more specific support. Relationships are at the heart of all our work in the Family Hubs and in this role you will be able to create opportunities for families to build positive social networks.



It is essential that you have a full and relevant Early Years Qualification
