We are a dynamic and client-focused firm seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join our friendly team. This role is perfect for a professional who excels in managing complex family disputes and is passionate about making a real difference in clients' lives.

Key responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload, including divorce proceedings, child custody disputes, financial settlements, and domestic abuse matters. Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients at every stage of their cases. Represent clients in negotiations, mediation sessions, and court proceedings. Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure a holistic and client-centred approach. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law legislation and best practices. Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and support.

Ideal candidate:

Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 PQE in family law. Strong expertise in current family law legislation, procedures, and case management. Demonstrated ability to handle a busy caseload while providing empathetic support. A proactive, solution-focused approach and commitment to professional development.
