Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Lawyer; qualified solicitor or Chartered Legal executive with minimum 4 years post qualification to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law and possess exceptional negotiation skills. As a Family Lawyer, you will provide legal advice and representation to clients in matters related to divorce, children's matter, adoption, and other family-related issues. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex legal situations with compassion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Provide legal advice to clients on family law matters, including divorce, financial settlement, child arrangement, cohabitation arrangement, domestic abuse and injunction matters. Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations with opposing parties. Draft and review legal documents Conduct thorough research on relevant laws and regulations to support case strategies. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed about their cases and potential outcomes. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients while advocating for their best interests. Stay updated on changes in family law legislation and best practices. Marketing and Practice Development

Qualifications

Qualified solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a valid practising certificate ( minimum 5 years PQE). Proven experience in family law practice is essential. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in legal documentation. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
