is seeking a motivated and detail-driven
Family Paralegal
to join us. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to build a long-term career in family law within a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

About the Role
Working closely with solicitors and partners, you will play a key part in supporting the department while also developing and managing your own caseload over time. You'll be exposed to a broad range of family law matters and will gain hands-on experience from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting legal documents, forms, and correspondence
Assisting fee earners with case preparation and file management
Attending client meetings and taking detailed attendance notes
Handling client enquiries in person, by phone, and by email
Conducting legal research as required
Managing and progressing your own files under supervision
Providing general administrative support to the department
About You
Previous experience working in a law firm
Experience within family law is desirable but not essential--full training can be provided
Strong drafting, organisation, and communication skills
A confident, professional manner with clients
Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
Enthusiastic about building your skills and contributing to a growing department
Location & Flexibility
This role is based in our Woking office, with consideration given to applicants preferring Chandlers Ford or Winchester. After successful completion of probation, hybrid working arrangements will be available.
