Family Solicitor - Senior Role | Midlands | Hybrid | 4+ PQE

Key Responsibilities

Handle a varied caseload including divorce, finances, private children work, cohabitation disputes, and domestic abuse Draft legal documents such as separation, cohabitation, and nuptial agreements, and name change deeds Provide excellent client care and ensure smooth case progression Represent clients in court when required Actively contribute to team meetings and planning

About You

Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with 4+ years' PQE Able to manage a full caseload independently Confident advocate with experience attending hearings Commercially minded, target-focused, and detail-oriented Excellent communication and organisational skills A collaborative team player
