Family Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Family Executive

to join their award-winning team in

Doncaster

. This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of a nationally recognised family law department, working alongside Legal 500-ranked partners and associates. The ideal candidate will be confident, proactive, and passionate about family law, with strong advocacy experience and a commitment to delivering strategic and sensitive solutions in private children and domestic abuse matters.

Duties



Manage a varied caseload independently, including matters involving

private children law

and

domestic abuse

. Provide expert legal advice and representation with professionalism, empathy, and confidence. Undertake your own

advocacy

where appropriate, both in court and during negotiations or mediations. Draft accurate and effective legal documentation, including court applications, statements, and correspondence. Maintain excellent communication with clients, keeping them fully informed and supported throughout their case. Run your own

cases and diary

efficiently while collaborating with a supportive, close-knit team. Stay up to date with

developments in family law

, including Legal Aid processes. Promote a positive and collaborative working environment, contributing to a culture of trust and excellence.

Qualifications



Qualified

Family Solicitor

,

Legal Executive

, or

experienced Family Executive

with a valid practising certificate (where applicable). Proven experience handling

private children

and

domestic abuse

matters. Advocacy experience is

essential

, with the ability to manage hearings independently.

Knowledge of Legal Aid

processes is desirable. Confident, passionate, and driven, with a

first-class communication style

and a

client-centred approach

. Strong interpersonal skills, able to support both clients and team members with empathy and clarity. Positive, proactive attitude to professional development and case strategy.
