About the Role:

After experiencing tremendous success, a leading long-established law firm in the heart of Stafford is looking to recruit an enthusiastic lawyer to join its family department.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced solicitor to delve deeper into all aspects of family law and expand their career.

The family team provides a broad spectrum of legal advice to clients and handles a range of services, including: divorce and separation, ending a civil partnership, resolving children issues, relationship agreements, declarations of trust / property ownership agreements and separation agreements, injunctions, collaborative law, mediation and alternative dispute resolution.

The role would be full time working closely alongside our committed team. The ideal candidate would have day to day dealings with top level cases in office and at court.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a full and varied private case load

Advise and represent clients throughout proceedings, including advocacy where necessary

Deliver high quality client care

Ensure compliance with SRA regulations and undertake Law Society CPD requirements

About You:

The ideal candidate would be qualified and ready to hit the ground running. Solicitors with a hunger to achieve will be considered if not 5+ PQE

Must have a strong work ethic and show a passion for law

Ability to drive would be preferred

Salary will be commensurate with experience and work ethic

Pay: 42,000.00-55,000.00 per year
