An award-winning, long-established law firm with a modern outlook is seeking a talented Family Law professional to join its expanding private client practice. The Opportunity

Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline of high-quality work, we are looking to add to our private Family Law team. The role is open to professionals from newly qualified through to partner level, provided you have experience in fully private family matters.

You'll work with a supportive, well-connected team within a larger firm structure, benefiting from genuine investment in your career, clear progression opportunities, and the chance to help shape the future of the department.

Work will include

Divorce and separation Financial matters and proceedings Private law children issues Pre- and post-nuptial agreements Cohabitation and separation agreements
For senior hires, there is scope to develop and lead a team in your chosen office location. For junior hires, there is hands-on support and mentoring from experienced senior fee earners and partners to help you progress to more complex casework.

About you

A background in private family law (purely or predominantly) Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or equivalent experience - other qualification routes welcomed A collaborative mindset, strong people skills, and an appetite for business development For senior hires: leadership potential and ambition to grow a team

Pay: 32,000.00-90,000.00 per year
