Family Solicitor (3-5 years PQE)

Our well-established client is looking for a Solicitor to their Family law team, based at their Chichester office.



The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in all areas of private family law. This role involves building on what is currently a small mixed case load of divorce and financial remedy work.



You must be a great team player looking for an exciting opportunity to develop and progress your career in this area.



We see this as a real growth area for the firm and are committed to finding the right person to take it forward.



We would be looking for candidates with a strong network of both clients and referrers in the local and surrounding areas. However, we are always interested to hear from talented individuals outside the area who have a proven track record in winning new clients, forming long-standing relationships and building a caseload.

As you will expect, our ideal candidate will also:

Be able to prioritise workloads whilst remaining resilient under pressure and competing demands. Provide quality client service and consider this together with relationship building, a high priority. Be self-motivated and capable of working to deadlines. Be a team player whilst also able to work alone. Enjoy building relationships across our teams. Possess strong communication skills, a flexible approach and a willingness and desire to help grow the team.
