Role: Family Solicitor (3 + PQE)
Location: Weybridge, Surrey
Salary: Up to 70,000 DOE
Oculus Legal Group are working with a well-regarded law firm based in Weybridge, Surrey, who are looking to welcome an experienced Family Solicitor (3+ PQE) into their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Family solicitor seeking high-quality, privately funded family law work within a firm that truly values empathy, collaboration, and client care.
The Role:
You'll manage your own caseload of private family matters, including:
Divorce and financial remedy cases Children arrangements (private law) Cohabitation issues and separation Pre- and post-nuptial agreements Injunctions and urgent applications
What They're Looking For:
3+ years' PQE with strong private family law experience A confident, compassionate, and solutions-focused approach Able to manage your own caseload independently Strong client relationship skills with a focus on clear, empathetic communication Some experience or interest in business development is a bonus
