Job Description
Family Solicitor - FULL REMOTE/ Flexible working - immediate start
We are currently recruiting for a Family Solicitor with at least 6 yrs + PQE to join our expanding Family Department.
You will have experience handling a range of Family matters including Divorce and Financial settlement. Managing your own caseload, you will have excellent communication and IT skills.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
Previous experience of private practice in family law
A solid understanding of financial remedies
Experience of working in the areas of Divorce, Financial, Unmarried couples & Property Disputes and Children.
Experience in advising clients in relation to separation and cohabitation agreements
Passionate and motivated about Family Law
Qualifications
Educated to degree level and a strong LPC pass or equivalent; Must hold a current clean practising certificate from the SRA; Experience gained in a Family Law training seat or following admittance to the roll.

Responsibilities
Provide expert legal advice and representation in family law matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide clear guidance throughout the legal process. Utilize IT tools to manage case files and documentation efficiently. Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality service. Collaborate with colleagues and external parties to facilitate smooth case progression.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 48,000.00-52,000.00 per year
