Duties
Offer emotional and practical support to families facing various difficulties
Assist families in accessing community services, educational programmes, and healthcare resources
Develop personalised support plans tailored to each family's unique needs
Provide guidance on parenting strategies and child development
Organise and facilitate group activities or workshops aimed at strengthening family relationships
Maintain accurate records of interactions and support provided in accordance with organisational policies
Collaborate with other professionals such as social workers, educators, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive support
Requirements
Experience working with children or within family support services is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Organised with strong organisational skills to manage multiple cases effectively
A recognised qualification in social work, community development, or a related field is advantageous but not essential
Valid UK driving licence is preferred but not mandatory
