As a Family Support Worker, you'll be at the heart of a dynamic residential team, helping to create a safe, supportive space where families and young people can thrive. Your work will be essential in empowering families, strengthening relationships, and building the foundations for long-term stability and positive change.
Key Responsibilities
Provide confident, empathetic support to both parents and young people within a residential setting
Supporting young people back into their family homes.
Build and maintain positive, trusting relationships that promote personal growth and family cohesion
Contribute to the delivery of structured daily routines and ensure a safe, welcoming, and nurturing home environment
Work flexibly as part of a rota system, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in/night shifts

What We're Looking For
Compassionate, patient, and resilient individuals who are committed to supporting families through change
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the residential home and its residents
Previous experience in residential childcare or as a Family Support Worker is highly desirable
A full UK driving licence is essential for this role
