At Coronation Street Experience our guests can walk the cobbles of the UK's most famous street discovering filming secrets from 65 years of production. Over at Emmerdale Village Tours our guests get to head to the Yorkshire Dales for an unforgettable experience exploring the outdoor village of Emmerdale.



Therefore, we are looking for a Fan Engagement & Marketing Manager that has a strong passion for the ITV soaps!



Continuum Attractions has been a part of the UK attractions industry for almost four decades, establishing itself as one of the UK's leading operators. We employ over 500 talented people across our sites located from Inverness to Portsmouth. Our attractions welcome almost two million guests each year, enchanting them with engaging visitor experiences that enrich, entertain and bring stories to life.



As Fan Engagement & Marketing Manager you will champion the brand experience onsite and online by delivering high-performing digital content, nurturing fan engagement, supporting marketing campaign delivery, and ensuring excellent guest communications across all touchpoints.



Working alongside ITV and the Continuum central support team, this role will support both fan-building and core marketing activities across The Coronation Street Experience and Emmerdale Village Tour to help drive visitation, commercial growth, fan engagement, and brand advocacy.



You will identify and engage with superfans, creators, community figures and influential fan groups. Understand their mindset to unlock and identify opportunities to connect with fans on their level. Coordinate influencer visits and ensure brand alignment. You will collect and share insights from fan sentiment and engagement as the foundation for ideas for new marketing and product development opportunities.



Other key responsibilities of the remit are social media & content guardianship, reporting and insights.



In terms of location, you will be mainly based at Coronation Street Experience in Manchester, with regular travel to the Leeds area for Emmerdale Village Tour.


The Ideal Candidate





You will have a strong marketing background, ideally within visitor attractions, entertainment, hospitality, or fan/community-led brands. Experience of working for a large brand and the ability to follow brand guidelines and processes is essential. You will have a fan-first mindset and a passion for audience connection, which will come naturally to an avid fan of both Coronation Street and Emmerdale.



You will be proficient is collecting data as you will be expected to present information in a professional format to ITV stakeholders. Examples of such information is website traffic, sales conversion rates and CRM material.



Above all it is essential that you are a highly skilled content creator who can craft engaging and creative material to keep our fans hooked. You should excel at planning and organizing content to build a strong connection with our audience. If you have a passion for storytelling, can keep track of a content calendar, and have the skills to develop a robust back-and-future log, you're exactly the kind of person we need to elevate our fan engagement efforts.
