We are hiring!

Here at Kingston Vet Group, we are looking for a Farm Administrator to join our fantastic team. Our ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, a team player, have customer service experience and can use initiative and multi task when needed. You will need to also have basic computer skills and be organised.###

What does the role involve?

Stock control- ordering, preparing drug orders and maintaining stock levels. Organising diaries and appointment management. TB bookings, paperwork and submissions. Typing up heard health plans. Generating reports, including antibiotic usage reports. Liaising with pharmaceutical drug reps.

Lab work- running bloods and worm egg counting.Maintenance of equipment and vehicles.

Rota

This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week. The shifts will be Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings from 8:30am-12:30pm.###
