We are currently looking for a part-time Till and Farm Shop Assistant to join our growing team in our recently opened Woodlands Hinckley Garden Centre.
We pride ourselves on our high standards of retailing, visual presentation and customer service. As the ideal candidate, you will have retail experience and a passion for excellent customer service. You will be comfortable working as part of a team, whilst showing an outgoing and energetic personality. You will be approachable, friendly, presentable and efficient in your day to day work. A confident communicator, who can interact with customers and pass on product knowledge where appropriate.
This role requires first class customer service skills, including processing customer purchases through the tills both accurately and efficiently. You will help our customers with any queries they might have as well as packing and liaising with the Customer Support Team. You will also be required to merchandise new and existing stock.
The role also involves some stock control, working with the security team and other departments as necessary. Also preferred, but not essential, is experience of up selling and link sales. Full training and uniform will be provided.
