Since we started selling Cider from a tiny cellar in 1954 the shop has grown many times, but in July 2022 we opened our new Farm Shop. Stocking everything that has come to be associated with Rich's Cider, whilst offering a wide range of local produce, encompassing "A True Taste of Somerset".

Applicants for this position must:

Provide Friendly and thoughtful service

- Some of our regulars have been returning to us for over 50 years, we want you to personally show customers what Rich's Cider stands for and make sure our brand reputation is protected and enhanced

Engage with everyone to succeed together

- as family run business we strive to maintain our an inclusive culture where everyone can speak up and share their views. We want you to help develop your team through regular performance conversations to help them reach their potential

Ensure the store is safe, legal and operational

- you'll complete daily checks to make sure the store is safe for our customers, and replenish products while checking their dates, prices and temperatures are legally compliant.

Embrace change

- as a rapidly growing local business you'll lead change in-store, supporting the team to deliver and to drive continuous improvement.
We have just opened our brand new Orchard View Cafe, located in the corner of our farm shop. We will be serving light bites, cakes and drinks. Therefore, this role will also include some waitressing duties such as serving and clearing tables.

Pay: 12.21-12.70 per hour
