The Role
Are you reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to work in a practical farming environment? Sofina Foods is looking for motivated individuals to join our agricultural operations in the Dornoch area.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work and is open to learning. While experience in agriculture is an advantage, it's not essential - we'll provide comprehensive training to help you thrive in your role.
Due to the rural locations of our farm, having your own transport is essential.
Starting at 12.21 Per Hour increasing to 12.61 after 1 years' service.
Hours of work - Monday to Thursday 7am to 4pm (approx). Friday 7am to 3pm. (Overtime required as necessary, weekend work on a rota basis).

• A self-starter with good reliability and timekeeping
• Open to learning new skills and working as part of a supportive team
• Able to travel to remote sites independently
• Agricultural experience is helpful but not required - we'll help you build the knowledge and skills you need.
