The Role
Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a hands-on approach, and is ready to learn? At Sofina Foods, we're looking for reliable, enthusiastic individuals to join our dedicated team in St Andrews.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and a keen interest in agriculture - whether you're experienced or looking to start your career in the industry. We'll provide full training to get you up to speed and support your development every step of the way.
This role involves working at isolated sites, so having your own transport is essential.
Monday to Friday, 6am-3pm, with earlier starts every third week and occasional weekend shifts
Starting at 12.21 per hour, increasing to 12.61 after one year.

The Ideal Candidate

• Comfortable working outdoors in a physical, hands-on role
• Reliable and self-motivated, with good timekeeping and a positive attitude
• Willing to learn and committed to following processes
• Able to travel independently to site
• Experience with livestock is a plus, but not essential - we'll give you the skills and confidence to succeed.
