About Us:

Our family-run Department Store has been delivering the finest shopping experience since 1901. We are located in the heart of Windsor. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant with a passion for customer service, sales and fashion to join our dynamic team. Our Retail Sales Advisor team are the core of our business and play a vital role in the success of our Store.

What does this role involve?

Greeting & Serving Customers: assisting customers to ensure their shopping experience is enjoyable and introduce them to our brands. Sales: Understanding the products you sell to enable the best advice and sales to our customers. Merchandising Displays & Stock Replenishment: keeping the shop floor tidy, restocking goods and ensuring they're attractively displayed. Delivery Processing Hours: 35 hours per week over 5 days, including a regular weekly weekend day.

The ideal candidate:

Previous Retail Sales experience. Would have a passion for customer service and possess exceptional selling skills. Would be knowledgeable and interested in the fashion and retail landscape and latest trends. Have the ability to motivate and encourage other members of the team to achieve the highest level of customer service. Would have great time management and possess the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience of being a keyholder/areas of responsibility preferred. Drive to successfully meet sales targets.
No minimum qualifications required; personal skills and experience count more than certification. Good numeracy and literacy skills and good communication skills.
