We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and fashion-savvy
P.A. and Logistics Assistant
to support a dynamic Bridal and Luxury Womenswear Seamstress Company. This role requires someone who can seamlessly manage administrative tasks, coordinate logistics, and provide personal assistance to Managing Director within a fast-paced, creative environment. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and has a strong ability to always think one step ahead.
Key Responsibilities:Personal Assistant Duties:
Provide day-to-day administrative tasks in a professional manor
Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Assist with errands, personal tasks, and lifestyle management as required.
Coordinate communication and liaise with clients, vendors, and industry contacts.
Coordinate the shipping and receiving of samples and garments.
Oversee company orders and inventory.
Maintain a tidy and organized studio or workspace.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a logistics organisational role
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
A valid driver's license (if travel is required).
Passion for fashion and the creative industry.
