We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our growing team as
Order Fulfilment and Logistics assistant
. Working out of our new warehouse in
Stirling
, you will be responsible for fulfilling, picking, and packing e-commerce orders, as well as allocating stock within the warehouse.
You will need to have a keen eye for detail. This role offers a great opportunity for individuals looking for flexibility, autonomy and eager to grow in e-commerce, whether you're building on existing experience or looking to develop new skills within a small, supportive team.
Responsibilities;
Order Fulfilment
Pick, pack and ship customer orders accurately within a timely manner.
Assist with setup and personalisation of products.
Process requests for order changes.
Handle returns and exchanges efficiently.
Unloading, Palletising and Redirection of Bulk Shipments
Manage day-to-day communication with customers via online chat, email and/or telephone.
Liaise with Operations Co-ordinator on business needs
Stock Management
Count and check new stock arrivals.
Perform monthly stocktake.
Keep the warehouse organised and running efficiently.
Coordinate with courier companies regarding order deliveries and incoming shipments
Help co-ordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
Warehouse organisation and zones
General Housekeeping
Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication is essential for this role.
Attention to Detail: Precision is crucial for accurate order fulfilment and engraving requests for various customers.
Positive & Energetic Attitude: We value passion and positivity in our small team.
Physically Active: Comfortable working on your feet and moving around the warehouse to pick and pack orders efficiently.
E-commerce Platforms Experience: Website fulfilment like Shopify
Experience in Customer Service will be viewed as beneficial but not essential
Flexibility & Autonomy: Ability to work independently and reliably, with opportunities to grow your hours as the business grows
Problem-Solving Skills: Take ownership of issues and find creative solutions as to how we can make our fulfilment more efficient.
Computer Literate: Must be comfortable using computers and various software. Must be digitally aware.
Growth mindset: Must be willing to grow into other roles and take on more responsibility as the business grows.
fork lift experience is beneficial to the role but not essential.
