Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure marketing initiatives reflect the latest fashion trends. Manage public relations efforts, including press releases, media outreach, and event coordination to enhance brand visibility. Oversee the creation of engaging content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and newsletters. Analyse marketing performance metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. Build and maintain relationships with influencers, media representatives, and industry stakeholders. Coordinate promotional events and campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field. Proven experience in fashion marketing or a similar role within the industry. Strong public relations skills with experience in managing media relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to think creatively and strategically in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. A passion for fashion and an understanding of current trends is essential.
