PR & Marketing Assistant (12-Month FTC)

We're looking for a proactive and highly organised PR & Marketing Assistant to join our team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented communicator who thrives in a fast-paced design environment and has proven expertise in contributing to the daily operations of a busy communications team.

You will play a vital role in promoting the three brands within The Nulty Group - Nulty, Studio N and Nulty Bespoke - helping to write copy for press releases, case studies, award submissions and blog posts, in addition to coordinating photo shoots and supporting BD events. You will also provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our marketing and PR activities.

Key Responsibilities:



PR



Draft and distribute press releases to promote project work and new commissions. Liaise with journalists and pitch stories to architecture and design media. Support thought leadership activities by researching relevant industry awards and coordinating senior team participation in talks, conferences and design fairs. Track industry award deadlines and help prepare compelling entry materials, coordinating write-ups and project assets to ensure timely submission.

Marketing



Support the wider team by writing engaging brand copy for newsletters, website updates and blog posts. Assist in developing digital content for social media, blogs and B2B marketing campaigns. Proofread all brand copy and marketing materials to ensure alignment with our brand voice and style guidelines.

General



Support the daily operations of the global PR and Marketing team. Coordinate the collection of project assets and liaise with designers to gather necessary information. Maintain and update the global image library and digital asset management system. Organise and coordinate project photo shoots, liaising with photographers, clients, and project teams. Assist in planning and delivering company BD events, including managing invitations, liaising with suppliers and supporting event logistics.

Skills & Experience



Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong copywriting and editing abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in PR, communications or marketing, ideally within the design, architecture or creative industries. Confidence in liaising with media contacts and stakeholders. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is desirable but not essential. A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a passion for design and storytelling.
Salary - Dependent Upon Experience

This position is a 12 month fixed term contract with the potential to be extended or made permanent.

The hours of work are part-time anywhere between 2 days (15 hours per week) to 3 days (22.5 hours per week). We are open to discussing the fixed work pattern/ hours with suitable candidates as part of the recruitment process.

The position will be based at our office in Waterloo which is a 10 minute walk from Waterloo station.

This position would suit someone who is looking for a part-time position working around their current commitments.
