Gresham Blake is a design-led tailoring brand, renowned for bespoke suits, ready-to-wear collections, and international corporate wear projects through Gresham Blake Studios. We are expanding and now seek an experienced

Production Manager

to oversee our garment production processes from start to finish.

Role Responsibilities

Manage the full production cycle across bespoke, ready-to-wear, and corporate wear projects Liaise with mills, workshops, and manufacturing partners in the UK and overseas Take ownership of our PLM system (WFX), ensuring all production schedules and delivery-level tracking are up to date Place and monitor fabric, trim, and garment orders, resolving issues quickly Ensure production deadlines are met for both client and retail collections Oversee delivery logistics and supplier payments Drive process improvements and efficiencies to support international growth

Requirements

Proven experience in garment production, tailoring, uniforms, or fashion manufacturing Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Experience leading suppliers and production teams Confident communicator with problem-solving skills Experience using PLM/ERP systems (WFX or similar) is highly desirable
