Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a new temporary Stylist Club Assistant to join its thriving Personal Shopping department in Knightsbridge. The Stylist Club Assistant's role is to deliver a top-tier luxury experience and provide support to the wider styling team.

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Stylist Club Assistant to join the team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fashion forward environment and is passionate about providing exceptional support to our stylists and clients. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, managing logistics, and maintaining a high standard of service across all touchpoints.

This is a temporary role working 37.5 hours a week until January 2026.

About the role...

As the new temporary Stylist Club Assistant you will:

Support stylists in preparing for appointments, fittings, and client sessions Manage scheduling, inventory, and coordination of stylist materials Ensure the styling space is well-organised, clean, and client-ready at all times Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and clients, both in person and via email or phone Assist with product pulls, returns, and administrative tasks as needed Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a high-volume, time-sensitive space Uphold brand values and deliver a premium client experience at every opportunity Flexibility is a must, we ideally need this candidate to be fully flexible throughout the seasonal period
