Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fast Fit Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle maintenance and repair, with the ability to perform quick and efficient tyre and wheel services. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing essential automotive services that keep our customers safely on the road. Candidates should possess mechanical knowledge, proficiency with hand and power tools.

Duties

Perform tire installations, rotations, balancing, and wheel alignments efficiently and accurately Conduct basic vehicle inspections to identify potential issues related to tyres and suspension systems Utilize hand tools and power tools to remove and install tyres, wheels, and related components Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as brake repairs, oil changes, and minor repairs as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure safety and efficiency Follow safety protocols during all service procedures, including heavy lifting and use of protective equipment Document services performed accurately in the company's system for record-keeping

Skills

Mechanical knowledge with a focus on automotive systems Experience using hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance processes Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling tyres or other vehicle components Prior mechanic experience essential. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
