Summary

We are seeking a friendly, reliable

Weekend Showroom Assistant

to join our team - PLEASE NOTE this will eventually be a solo working position once training has been completed.

This role is ideal for someone with a

warm, welcoming attitude

who enjoys speaking with customers and is keen to learn about our products.

Full training will be provided

, so previous experience in garage doors or sales is not required.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and possess excellent communication skills to thrive in our dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming customers into the showroom in a friendly and professional manner Answering basic customer enquiries Taking customer information for our seals team to arrange appointments Learning about our range of garage doors and services Keeping the showroom clean, tidy, and presentable Passing customer information to the office team

The Ideal Candidate

Friendly, approachable, and confident A positive attitude and

willingness to learn about our products

Reliable and punctual Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face and on the phone Previous customer service or retail experience is helpful but

not essential
