Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Fast Food Attendants. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers in a fast-paced environment. Your primary objective will be to ensure that every guest has a positive dining experience while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Prepare and serve food according to company standards. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and service counters. Handle card transactions efficiently. Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management. Follow food safety regulations and health guidelines at all times. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a fast-food or customer service role is advantageous but not essential. Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions accurately. A keen attention to detail, particularly regarding food presentation and hygiene standards.

Pay: 11.44-16.56 per hour
