We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fast Food Manager to oversee daily operations in our fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Fast Food Manager, you will play a crucial role in training staff, managing inventory, and driving sales through effective upselling techniques.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations to ensure efficient service and adherence to company policies. Train and mentor staff on food preparation techniques, customer service skills, and safety protocols. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations. Manage inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock for smooth operations. Implement effective upselling strategies to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and conducting performance evaluations. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction. Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and employee performance for management review.

Skills

Proven experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment is essential. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Basic math skills for managing inventory and cash handling. Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy setting. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating leadership qualities. Experience in serving customers with a focus on delivering exceptional service. Strong communication skills to engage with both staff and customers effectively.
