Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the fast food restaurant, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency. Manage and train kitchen staff in food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimising waste. Assist in the preparation of food items as needed, ensuring quality and presentation meet company standards. Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction. Implement promotional strategies to increase sales and improve overall restaurant performance. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, training needs, and operational goals.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the fast food or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food production processes and kitchen operations. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Previous experience in bartending or similar roles is advantageous but not essential.
