Manage, supervise, and support staff including rotas, training, and performance.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory effectively.
Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience.
Ensure food preparation follows Morley's standardised recipes and procedures.
Drive sales and maintain profit margins by managing costs and improving efficiency.
Report to the director with regular updates on shop performance
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good knowledge of food hygiene standards and health & safety compliance.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with stock control, cash handling, and basic budgeting.
