We are seeking a friendly and efficient Fast Food Attendant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing food items, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment. Duties
Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately
Prepare and assemble food items in accordance with company standards and food safety regulations
Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, counters, and kitchen stations
Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities
Handle cash transactions accurately using the register system
Restock supplies and organise stock areas as needed
Follow health and safety guidelines diligently, including proper food handling procedures
Assist in opening and closing duties as required
Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not essential
Knowledge of food preparation and safety standards is advantageous
Strong organisational skills with good time management abilities
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment
Basic maths skills for handling transactions and cash register operations
Experience in upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and sales performance
Kitchen or culinary experience is a plus but not mandatory
