Bar Associate (Full-Time, 40 Hours)

Whether you're crafting cocktails, taking orders, or sparking great conversations, you'll play a key role in delivering the world-class hospitality Marriott is known for.

What You'll Do

Welcome every guest with a genuine smile and friendly attitude Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently Communicate dietary needs, allergies, or preferences to the kitchen Keep bar and dining areas clean, organised, and inviting Process payments using MICROS or similar POS systems Follow food safety and responsible alcohol service standards Support closing duties and restocking as needed Collaborate with teammates to deliver an outstanding guest experience Take on additional tasks to keep operations running smoothly

You're a natural people person who thrives in fast-paced, team-focused environments. You take pride in creating memorable experiences and have a great eye for detail.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in bar, restaurant, or customer service roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident handling payments and using POS systems Positive, professional, and reliable approach Able to multitask and adapt quickly to guest needs
