your main duties and expectations for the role will include:


Guest Experience -Welcome guests warmly and professionally, guide them through the menu and specials, and provide attentive food and beverage service that exceeds expectations. Operational Excellence - Support daily outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures, order taking, serving, and maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards. Late-Night Availability - This is a late-night position. During the events season, shifts may extend until

3:00-4:00 AM

,

3-4 times per week

. Standard bar closing time is

1:00 AM

, with team finish expected around

1:30 AM.

Team Collaboration - Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth service flow, uphold company standards (including SOPs, AA, and LQA), and contribute to a positive and professional team environment.

You will be required to work

40 hours

per week, on a shift rota.
