We're looking for a Food & Beverage Duty Manager/Head Host to join our team in Whitworth Locke in Manchester.
The role.
Are you a natural host? Calm under pressure, with next-level organisational skills? Do you find satisfaction in creating seamless hospitality and memorable experiences?
As the lynchpin of the Food and Beverage team, overseeing the F&B Hosts and reporting to the General Manager you'll make sure guests feel genuinely special - from the moment they book to the moment they leave our F&B spaces
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department
Manage a team of servers, hosts, and bartenders
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards of performance
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Adhere to health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role within the catering and hospitality industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of food and beverage trends
Ability to work well under pressure
Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or related field
