We're looking for a

Food & Beverage Operations Manager

to join our team at

The Warren Holiday Resort

, Haulfryn's flagship luxury destination in beautiful Abersoch.


This hands-on role is ideal for a confident and motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. You'll oversee food preparation, presentation and service across our resort, ensuring exceptional quality, smooth operations and a happy, supported team.

What You'll Do




Oversee

all aspects of food operations, ensuring top-quality presentation and service.

Lead, mentor, and inspire

chefs and team members to deliver consistently high standards.

Support menu creation and development

to ensure variety, creativity, and profitability.

Manage food inventory, ordering, and cost

controls effectively.

Maintain exceptional standards

of food hygiene and health & safety.

Foster a positive and professional working culture

that supports and develops your team.

Balance operational involvement with administrative and compliance responsibilities.

Deputise

for the Head of Food & Beverage when required.

Who We're Looking For




Proven experience

in a food and beverage leadership role.

Recognised qualification

in hospitality, catering, or culinary arts (e.g. City & Guilds, BTEC, HND).

Health & Safety and Food Hygiene certification

(or willingness to obtain).

Strong leadership

and organisational skills with attention to detail.

Excellent cooking knowledge

and understanding of all kitchen operations.

Clear communicator

with enthusiasm, initiative and a professional, approachable manner.

Passionate about developing your own skills and supporting others to grow

Flexible and adaptable

, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
