Contract: Now until 31st December 2025

Are you a dynamic and passionate hospitality professional looking for an exciting short-term opportunity? The Welcombe Hotel is seeking a highly motivated F&B Operations Manager to support and lead our Food & Beverage team during the festive period.

This role is perfect for an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently oversee daily operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurant, bar, lounge, and events. Lead, motivate, and support the F&B team to deliver outstanding service. Ensure consistency in quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction. Coordinate festive events, private functions, and seasonal dining experiences. Implement and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards. Support forecasting, cost control, and stock management. Work collaboratively with the Head Chef, Events, and Front Office teams.

About You

Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial F&B role is essential. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities. A hands-on approach and passion for exceptional service. Professional, positive, and guest-focused attitude. Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
