Food & Beverage Product Development Manager
to join our team!
As
Food & Beverage Product Development Manager
you will work closely with suppliers and the wider business to lead the product development and innovation of our Food and Beverage offering within clubs. You will support with driving member retention through developing an exciting, innovative and healthy range of quality food and beverage products and delivering a premium experience to all our members through training development and a strong knowledge of industry needs and trends.
Working remotely with travel to clubs in the UK and sometimes Europe, the position will require some evening and weekend work for example when leading and delivering training to our in club teams, conducting consumer trials or delivering ad hoc projects.

About you: A degree in Food Product Development, or City & Guilds Level 3, or several years equivalent experience working in a similar role or branded casual dining experience is desirable
Food Safety Level 3 & Advanced Food Allergen qualification is desirable
Knowledge of menu costing and nutritional software packages
Experience of writing training manuals and templates
