exceptional guest experiences
for residents, timeshare guests, and non-residents alike.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Service:
Provide a warm, friendly, and professional service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver items in a timely, professional manner.
Operational Support:
Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, and events.
Maintain clean and organised service stations, ensuring hygiene standards are met at all times.
Teamwork:
Work closely with colleagues across
The Estate Room
,
The Wild Brownie
, and the bar, as well as kitchen teams and reception team to ensure smooth service.
Assist with stock control, restocking supplies, and reporting shortages to supervisors.
Standards and Compliance:
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including maintaining cleanliness and adhering to hotel SOPs.
Present yourself professionally in appearance and conduct at all times.
What We're Looking For
Experience:
Previous experience in food and beverage service, ideally in a hotel or high-volume dining environment, is preferred. Training will be provided.
Skills & Attributes:
A

Ability to work efficiently in a

Availability:
