Job Description

We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the food and beverage function in the hotel.

This is a hands-on role requiring a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will ensure our service standards remain consistently high.

THE ROLE:

Assist with the daily operational tasks across all F&B outlets including events Confidently open and close all F&B areas Oversee daily till reconciliation and ensure accurate cash handling Motivate the team to provide excellent service with attention to detail Ensure high standards of cleanliness in both front and back of house areas Serve food and beverages, including preparation of hot/cold drinks Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams Oversee events, and set ups Follow instructions for event preparation, service, and clear-down Ensure all event spaces are left clean and ready for the next function
