Crowne Plaza London Gatwick hotel
which is a 294-bedroom hotel located just 5-minute drive from Gatwick Airport. The Cube Restaurant serves delicious, locally sourced food for breakfast and dinner, while drinks and light meals are available all day in The Olive Grove. Our chic meeting spaces include private boardrooms and a stunning event suite with a foyer and bar, perfect for hosting receptions or dinners for up to 200 guests, or 280 guests for meetings.
What your day will look like?
As an FB Supervisor, your day will involve leading the food and beverage team, ensuring smooth service across all areas, supporting daily operations, handling guest feedback, and working closely with the kitchen and other departments to deliver exceptional dining experiences from start to finish.
What You'll Bring?
We're looking for a motivated FB Supervisor who thrives on leading service teams and delivering exceptional dining experiences You'll have at least one year of experience in a similar supervisory role within a branded hospitality environment, with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering memorable dining experiences. Confident in managing busy service periods and using technology to support operations, you'll also be ready to step in and support your team with hands-on leadership whenever needed. You lead by example, reflecting our values through high service standards, teamwork, and a positive, can-do attitude.
