Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional quality and service standards are maintained. Applicants must be able to work weekends! Applicants must also have experience within a similar role!

You will play a crucial role in managing the team, coordinating food service, and enhancing the overall guest experience within our establishment.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Train and mentor staff in food service techniques, bartending skills, and customer service excellence. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Handle customer inquiries and feedback promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all food service areas in accordance with company policies. Support team management by scheduling shifts and ensuring adequate staffing levels during peak times.

Skills

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hotel environment. Strong culinary skills with a solid understanding of food production processes. Experience in bartending is advantageous for overseeing beverage service. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve common goals. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing guest experiences.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 18,590.46-26,961.95 per year
