We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Duties

Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Supervise and train staff in bartending, food and customer service to enhance their skills and performance. Maintain inventory levels of food and beverage supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure seamless operations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals while maintaining quality standards. Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Implement promotional activities to enhance the dining experience and increase revenue.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Proficient knowledge of bartending techniques, food preparation methods, and culinary practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. A passion for the food and beverage industry with an eagerness to help others succeed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.41-12.70 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
