A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR AT OUR HOTEL
What you'll be doing...
+ The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee the overall operational management of the front of house operations including cost control, productivity, and team training.
+ Have a firm grip on budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and Health & Safety.
+ Create menus in partnership with the Head Chef that are aligned with our internal & external guest expectations.
+ Develop and foster positive relations through proactive interaction with Guests, Team Members, contractors, and suppliers.
+ Regularly review and engineer our offerings to keep up with current market and regional trends.
+ You will be fully responsible for developing the F&B reputation of the hotel through exceptional service delivery and product enhancement.
+ Drive efficient procurement of stock and effective control of F&B assets.
+ Management of all areas including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and private events
