We are looking for a passionate and hands-on

Food & Beverage Supervisor

to help lead our restaurant, bar, and events operations. You'll support the day-to-day running of the F&B department, lead shifts, and inspire the team to deliver excellent service with a smile. If you love great food, enjoy fast-paced hospitality, and have a knack for motivating people, this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily service in the restaurant, bar, and event spaces to ensure smooth and efficient operations Lead, train, and support the F&B team, setting high standards and leading by example Ensure excellent guest service is delivered at all times, handling any issues professionally Assist with rotas, stock control, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with health and safety standards Liaise with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery Support the F&B Manager with training, performance reviews, and team development Help implement service improvements and support promotions or special events
