The Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington is looking for F&B Supervisor to deliver the highest standards of food and beverage service are consistently delivered through quality leadership and robust team management.

Key responsibilities include:

To be responsible for consistently delivering the highest standards of service in the Brasserie Bar & Restaurant, C Cafe, Executive Club Lounge, Cocktail Bar, Room Service, Bugis Street and Artist Corner through adequate planning and organising. To adhere to all SOPs for all the outlets to ensure consistency in Service, Presentation, Look and Feel, Cleanliness, Health and Safety compliance, and Food Safety compliance. To always be present and visible in the said outlets and engaging with guests and staff. To train, motivate, develop and coach all staff members so as to achieve a high level of staff knowledge and morale. To maintain a suitable and consistent grooming standard for all outlets. To assist the Assistant F&B Manager and F&B Outlets Manager to regularly monitor service standards through service audits and addressing shortfalls to ensure standards are consistently being followed. To deal effectively with customers at all times in order to develop positive customer relations and contact. To report any faults or discrepancies on the Micros point of sale system to the Assistant F&B Manager or F&B Outlets Manager. To ensure that you and all subordinates adhere to hotel and company rules. To protect company interests by looking after all company property, ensuring that all fixtures and fittings are maintained to the highest possible standards. To ensure that all subordinates use the ezLM time management system, for payroll purposes and that a supervisor checks these off. To comply with the company email and internet policies. To comply with all legislation; Weights & Measures; Trade Description; Health & Safety and Fire Precautions. To ensure all outlets under your jurisdiction operate at the maximum efficiency. To ensure that a suitable number of the F&B staff and F&B Management staff (Team Leaders) are on duty on all shifts.
