Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Food & Beverage Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting and guiding the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, while upholding high standards of service, food quality, and hygiene. A background in bar or hospitality is essential, and catering experience would be a great bonus.
What We're Looking For
oStrong communication skills with a confident, engaging presence
oSelf-driven, energetic, and approachable personality
oA team player with a positive and proactive attitude
oAbility to remain calm and efficient under pressure
oMinimum of 1 year's experience in a bar setting
oPrior hospitality or customer-facing experience is a plus
oA full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
oDemonstrated leadership in a hospitality or food service role
oGood understanding of food safety standards and operational best practices
oExperience in food preparation or catering is highly desirable
oCommitted to delivering top-quality service with attention to every detail
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
